Meet Helena Morgan, COTA/L
Founder of Gracious Navigation

As a lifelong Arizona resident raised in the greater Phoenix area, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting older adults and their families with compassion, clarity, and clinical insight. My healthcare journey began in 2005 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and in 2014, I became a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant. I later earned my Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University in 2020.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across a wide spectrum of care settings—including hospitals, home health, inpatient and home hospice, acute rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy. For the last six years, I’ve specialized in dementia case management and public education, helping families understand cognitive decline, navigate challenging behaviors, and plan for long-term care with confidence.
Gracious Navigation was born from my deep respect for the geriatric population and my belief that every individual deserves to age with dignity, safety, and love. I treat each client as if they were my own grandparent—advocating fiercely, listening deeply, and guiding families through complex systems with transparency and heart.
